Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC2A13 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC2A13-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPATA31A1, PPIAL4E, and ADAMDEC1. Each is linked with SLC2A13 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC2A13-to-partner and partner-to-SLC2A13 results are reported.
