SLC2A12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC2A12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,180 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC2A12-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR7976, LYZL1, and TTC39C-AS1. Each is linked with SLC2A12 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC2A12-to-partner and partner-to-SLC2A12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR7976 grouped by SLC2A12-low versus SLC2A12-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC2A12→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC2A12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
