The most reproducible SLC2A11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARVCF, DOK3, and FOSL2_S120. Each is linked with SLC2A11 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC2A11-to-partner and partner-to-SLC2A11 results are reported.
