Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SLC2A10 RNA is linked to patient survival in 27 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SLC2A10 data layer compared with 7 for mutation status and 3 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher SLC2A10 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SLC2A10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and PRAD show a favorable association.

UVM, MESO, and LGG are the cancer types where SLC2A10 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
