SLC29A4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC29A4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 168 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC29A4-associated genes across cancer lineages are WFDC2, RBBP8, and SLC25A15. Each is linked with SLC29A4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC29A4-to-partner and partner-to-SLC29A4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC29A4 versus WFDC2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC29A4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC29A4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
