The most reproducible SLC29A4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Histamine uptake, Epinephrine transport, and Renal vesicle formation. Each is linked with SLC29A4 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC29A4-to-partner and partner-to-SLC29A4 results are reported.
