Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SLC29A2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SLC29A2 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher SLC29A2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SLC29A2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC are the cancer types where SLC29A2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
