SLC29A2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC29A2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,060 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC29A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZEB2-AS1, MBNL3, and RMDN2. Each is linked with SLC29A2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC29A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC29A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC29A2 versus ZEB2-AS1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.77.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC29A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC29A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
