SLC29A2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC29A2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 740 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC29A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTCYBP32, IGHV3-33, and RNU6-781P. Each is linked with SLC29A2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC29A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC29A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTCYBP32 grouped by SLC29A2-low versus SLC29A2-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC29A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC29A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
