Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC29A2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,136 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC29A2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Purine nucleoside transmembrane transport, Urate transport, and Pyrimidine-containing compound transmembrane transport. Each is linked with SLC29A2 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC29A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC29A2 results are reported.
