Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC29A2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 49 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC29A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PHOX2B, MYOD1, and TBC1D21. Each is linked with SLC29A2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC29A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC29A2 results are reported.
