Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC28A2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,017 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC28A2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of double-strand break repair, Positive regulation of double-strand break repair, and Positive regulation of DNA repair. Each is linked with SLC28A2 in more than 20 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC28A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC28A2 results are reported.
