SLC28A2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC28A2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC28A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, Notch1, and Caspase-8. Each is linked with SLC28A2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC28A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC28A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by SLC28A2-low versus SLC28A2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC28A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC28A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
