SLC28A2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC28A2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 70 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC28A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPATA22, C1QB, and AZIN2. Each is linked with SLC28A2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC28A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC28A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPATA22 grouped by SLC28A2-low versus SLC28A2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC28A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC28A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
