Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC28A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,155 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC28A1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nucleoside phosphate biosynthetic process, Positive regulation of protein localization to nucleus, and ATP biosynthetic process. Each is linked with SLC28A1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC28A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC28A1 results are reported.
