SLC28A1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC28A1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 850 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC28A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LGALS2, RSPH14, and MIOX. Each is linked with SLC28A1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC28A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC28A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC28A1 versus LGALS2 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC28A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC28A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
