SLC28A1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC28A1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,374 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC28A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01521, RBM28, and RNA5SP101. Each is linked with SLC28A1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC28A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC28A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC01521 grouped by SLC28A1-low versus SLC28A1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC28A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC28A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
