SLC28A1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC28A1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC28A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SMCP, CEACAM4, and OR4X2. Each is linked with SLC28A1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC28A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC28A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SMCP grouped by SLC28A1-low versus SLC28A1-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC28A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC28A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
