Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC27A4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,962 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC27A4-associated genes across cancer lineages are DOLPP1, ARPC5L, and SLC25A27. Each is linked with SLC27A4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC27A4-to-partner and partner-to-SLC27A4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC27A4 versus DOLPP1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.
