The most reproducible SLC27A4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR8053, RNU4-31P, and RNU6ATAC30P. Each is linked with SLC27A4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC27A4-to-partner and partner-to-SLC27A4 results are reported.
