Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC27A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,136 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC27A1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LMNB2, PGLS, and ZNF622_S143. Each is linked with SLC27A1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC27A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC27A1 results are reported.
