Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC27A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,908 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC27A1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of autophagy, Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, and Response to starvation. Each is linked with SLC27A1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC27A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC27A1 results are reported.
