Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC26A9 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 56 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC26A9-associated genes across cancer lineages are SF2, 14-3-3_beta, and JNK_pT183_Y185. Each is linked with SLC26A9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC26A9-to-partner and partner-to-SLC26A9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SF2 grouped by SLC26A9-low versus SLC26A9-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC26A9→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC26A9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
