SLC26A8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC26A8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,887 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC26A8-associated genes across cancer lineages are DPRXP2, VILL, and PPP1R32. Each is linked with SLC26A8 in more than 26 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC26A8-to-partner and partner-to-SLC26A8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC26A8 versus DPRXP2 in LAML, with a Pearson correlation of 0.86.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC26A8→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC26A8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
