The most reproducible SLC26A6-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIR2DL1, C4orf17, and LRIT1. Each is linked with SLC26A6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC26A6-to-partner and partner-to-SLC26A6 results are reported.
