SLC26A4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC26A4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,208 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC26A4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CRISP3, RGS14, and MMP9. Each is linked with SLC26A4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC26A4-to-partner and partner-to-SLC26A4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC26A4 versus CRISP3 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC26A4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC26A4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
