Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC26A2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,705 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC26A2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SLC26A2_S36, SLC26A2_S12, and RAPH1. Each is linked with SLC26A2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC26A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC26A2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC26A2 versus SLC26A2_S36 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC26A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC26A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
