Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC26A2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,387 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC26A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DEFB1, LGALS2, and PDE6A. Each is linked with SLC26A2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC26A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC26A2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC26A2 versus DEFB1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC26A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC26A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
