Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC26A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,554 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC26A1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Glycerophospholipid metabolic process, Cytosolic transport, and Negative regulation of myoblast fusion. Each is linked with SLC26A1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC26A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC26A1 results are reported.
