Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC26A1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 380 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC26A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are VRK1, PRSS54, and C19orf44. Each is linked with SLC26A1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC26A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC26A1 results are reported.
