The most reproducible SLC25A6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are tRNA thio-modification, Protein localization to endoplasmic reticulum, and Maintenance of location in cell. Each is linked with SLC25A6 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC25A6-to-partner and partner-to-SLC25A6 results are reported.
