Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC25A6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC25A6-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, eIF4E, and eIF4G. Each is linked with SLC25A6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC25A6-to-partner and partner-to-SLC25A6 results are reported.
