Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC25A6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,005 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC25A6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial ADP transmembrane transport, Metanephric proximal tubule development, and Energy coupled proton transmembrane transport, against electrochemical gradient. Each is linked with SLC25A6 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC25A6-to-partner and partner-to-SLC25A6 results are reported.
