Q-omics provides the consensus-scored SLC25A5P6 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. SLC25A5P6 expression is associated with patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in UVM. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, SLC25A5P6 is differentially expressed in 9, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRC. Additionally, SLC25A5P6 RNA expression shows 7,115 significant protein co-abundance associations, with the highest sampling consensus in OV. Together, these results highlight UVM, KIRC, and OV as cancer lineages where SLC25A5P6 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
