Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC25A52 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,088 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC25A52-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Golgi vesicle transport, Cytosolic transport, and mRNA 3'-end processing. Each is linked with SLC25A52 in more than 24 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC25A52-to-partner and partner-to-SLC25A52 results are reported.
