The most reproducible SLC25A52-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10K1, OR10K2, and TIFAB. Each is linked with SLC25A52 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC25A52-to-partner and partner-to-SLC25A52 results are reported.
