The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher SLC25A51P4 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SLC25A51P4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and ESCA show a favorable association.
KIRC, UVM, and BLCA are the cancer types where SLC25A51P4 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
