Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SLC25A51P1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SLC25A51P1 data layer compared with 13 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher SLC25A51P1 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SLC25A51P1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC show a favorable association.
LUSC, UCEC, and LIHC are the cancer types where SLC25A51P1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
