The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher SLC25A44 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SLC25A44 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA and PRAD are the cancer types where SLC25A44 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
