SLC25A42

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC25A42 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,660 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC25A42-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Coenzyme A transmembrane transport, Coenzyme A transport, and Regulation of glycolytic process through fructose-6-phosphate. Each is linked with SLC25A42 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC25A42-to-partner and partner-to-SLC25A42 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Coenzyme A transmembrane transport grouped by SLC25A42-low versus SLC25A42-high in LIVER.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC25A42→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC25A42) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
