Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC25A4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,303 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC25A4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are ADP transport, Positive regulation of autophagy of mitochondrion, and Mitochondrial ATP transmembrane transport. Each is linked with SLC25A4 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC25A4-to-partner and partner-to-SLC25A4 results are reported.
