SLC25A3P2

RNA & survival
SurvivalRNAKaplan–Meier · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SLC25A3P2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SLC25A3P2 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher SLC25A3P2 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SLC25A3P2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and SKCM show a favorable association.

HNSC, STAD, and ACC are the cancer types where SLC25A3P2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.

RNA survival associations by lineage

Ranked by sampling consensus. AUC1 and AUC2 indicate survival in the high- and low-expression groups, respectively; the lower AUC marks the poorer-surviving group. p-values are from the log-rank test.
