Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SLC25A3P1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SLC25A3P1 data layer compared with 19 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher SLC25A3P1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SLC25A3P1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC, COAD, and ESCA are the cancer types where SLC25A3P1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
