The most reproducible SLC25A36-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of organelle assembly, Peptidyl-serine phosphorylation, and Peptidyl-serine modification. Each is linked with SLC25A36 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC25A36-to-partner and partner-to-SLC25A36 results are reported.
