Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SLC25A33 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SLC25A33 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in thyroid carcinoma (THCA), where higher SLC25A33 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SLC25A33 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
THCA, LUSC, and LUAD are the cancer types where SLC25A33 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
