Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC25A33 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,532 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC25A33-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of DNA stability, Nuclear pore complex assembly, and Regulation of G2/MI transition of meiotic cell cycle. Each is linked with SLC25A33 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC25A33-to-partner and partner-to-SLC25A33 results are reported.
