Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SLC25A30 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SLC25A30 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher SLC25A30 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SLC25A30 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
COAD, UCEC, and ACC are the cancer types where SLC25A30 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
