Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC25A3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,390 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC25A3-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGHD3-16, TRDV3, and RN7SKP134. Each is linked with SLC25A3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC25A3-to-partner and partner-to-SLC25A3 results are reported.
