The most reproducible SLC25A3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCSER2, LOXL3, and DEPDC5. Each is linked with SLC25A3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC25A3-to-partner and partner-to-SLC25A3 results are reported.
