The most reproducible SLC25A29-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, and Regulation of protein localization to endoplasmic reticulum. Each is linked with SLC25A29 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC25A29-to-partner and partner-to-SLC25A29 results are reported.
